Advertising is a what-have-you-done-for-me-lately kind of business. Case in point: Indianapolis-based Steak n Shake just told Young and Laramore, its Indianapolis-based ad agency of 18 years, to hit the bricks.
With a national reputation for their work on the Steak n Shake account, this news must come as a shock to the agency. Still, Y&L CEO Paul Knapp downplays the breakup.
